Over 60 Club provides services for Senior adults 60 and over. The Club is set in a social environment with a uniquely home like atmosphere, which offers support, education, recreation, nutrition, entertainment, and resources in areas of physical and mental health for seniors in the Stamford area. The Clubs goal is to provide an opportunity for participants to remain healthy and to remain a vital part of their community.
