Location Information

The Harry Bennett Branch in the busy Turn of River section of Stamford, was built in 2000. The branch was formerly known as the Turn of River Branch, located on High Ridge Road, not far from its current location.

Harry Bennett’s collections include popular titles in many formats for children, teens and adults. The branch has Internet and research workstations throughout, as well as preschool computer terminals and a carpeted story circle for children’s programs. The Harry Bennett Branch offers programming for children, teens and adults, including a popular monthly book discussion series.

The branch has a conference room that accommodates 25 people and an auditorium that seats up to 120. The Friends of The Ferguson Library operates a book shop inside the building, which is open during library hours. All proceeds benefit the library.

A passport office in the branch is open Saturdays from 10am to 4pm.  Proceeds also benefit the Library.

Northbound on CT-15 

Take the CT-137/High Ridge Road exit, Exit 35, towards Stamford. Keep right at the fork in the ramp. Merge onto High Ridge Road/CT-137. Turn left onto Vine Road.

Southbound on CT-15  

Take the CT-137/High Ridge Road exit, Exit 35, towards Stamford Business District. Turn right onto High Ridge Road CT-137. Turn left onto Vine Road.

The Harry Bennett Branch has parking onsite.
