The Department of Mental Health and Addiction Services (DMHAS) promotes and administers comprehensive, recovery-oriented services in the areas of mental health treatment and substance abuse prevention and treatment throughout Connecticut.
Liberation Programs
Liberation Programs provides treatment and prevention services for substance use and mental health disorders with a goal of helping individuals and families overcome addiction in order to restore their lives and ultimately strengthen our communities.
Access Health CT
Representatives from Access Health CT will be available at the Ferguson Library on weekdays starting Wednesday, November 1 from 10:30 a.m. to 5:30 p.m. to help enroll members for 2024 individual and family health insurance plans. Enroll by December 15 to have coverage that begins January 1. No appointment necessary.
