Main Library

Large meeting space available for use by outside groups. Rental rates are:

  • 501(c)(3) organization hosting a free, public meeting during library hours: no charge
  • 501(c)(3) organization hosting a private meeting and/or one that involves admission fees, sales, or donations solicited during library hours: $100/hour
  • Businesses and other for-profit organizations hosting meetings during library hours: $200/hour
  • Any meeting before/after library hours: includes overtime rate for additional personnel at approximately $105/hour

Equipment

Projection equipment and furniture use are included with the room. Use of the piano or library audio/visual equipment does include additional charges.

Seating
