Connecticut’s PTI (Parent Training and Information Center) funded by the U.S. Department of Education. Provides a wide range of services to parents of children with disabilities, including telephone consultation, workshops, a newsletter, and a lending library of books and videos (materials can be ordered by phone and received by mail).
