Pros and novices are invited to play canasta, a card game that combines elements of bridge and rummy.

A free-play session of mah-jongg, the intriguing game of Chinese origin featuring 144 tile pieces.

New students will be assigned to a group after their level evaluation.

A brief discussion about meditation practice, a guided meditation, and a chance to share and reflect.

Appropriate for all levels of practice.

A celebration of the winning authors of the annual Friends of the Ferguson Library Literary Competition, open to Stamford students in grades 3 to 12 and their families.

Selections from their work will be read and prizes will be awarded.
