A brief discussion about meditation practice, a guided meditation, and a chance to share and reflect. Appropriate for all levels of practice.

Create a Frida Kahlo-inspired self portrait using bright colors and bold features like artificial flowers, fabric and other media.

Poetry recital by the members of La Tertulia de Stamford to commemorate National Hispanic Heritage Month.

Artist Kathleen Fay will lead a relaxing, meditative exploration of color, pattern and pastels in a beginner art class for adults.

You will learn how to create an expressive Impressionist-style drawing of a landscape, tree or flower.

A craft open house where you can create and explore, continue working on an existing project, or design balloon stress balls and a Frida Kahlo-inspired self portrait. Supplies will be provided.

Learn to dance like a pro with dance instructor Simone Assboeck, who will lead the first session of a four-part workshop covering the basic steps of the rumba and swing.

Singles welcome; partners will be rotated.

Bring your imagination for an exciting night of adventure playing Dungeons & Dragons. You'll join a band of fantastical heroes who brave dangerous situations with swords, spells and wits.
