A brief discussion about meditation practice, a guided meditation, and a chance to share and reflect. Appropriate for all levels of practice.

Yoga instructor Ngan Nguyen will lead a lunchtime class in the Hatha style.

Learn to dance like a pro with instructor Simone Assboeck, who will lead the third session of a four-part workshop covering the basic steps of the salsa and the hustle.

No prior dance experience necessary.

An introductory tabletop game adventure playing the Dungeons & Dragons ruleset. Participants will band together to take on the roles of fantastical heroes who brave dangerous situations with swords, spells and wits.
