A fun, energizing mat Pilates class that blends strength, flexibility, deep breathing and mindful movement. Props and modifications provided for all levels.

Wear comfortable clothes and bring your own mat and water bottle.

Toddler concert with performances on the piano and violin. Children will also have the opportunity to play with toy instruments.
