Tuesdays at noon. 

These meetings follow our usual format: a short welcome, a brief discussion about the meditation practice, a guided meditation, and then a chance to share and reflect. All sessions are appropriate for people who are completely new to meditation and also those who have long-standing practices. We ask that you log on/dial in at least 5 minutes early, it's a great time to connect with the community and also allows us to get started on time.
