Program Type:Health & Wellness
A brief discussion about meditation practice, a guided meditation, and a chance to share and reflect. All sessions are appropriate for people who are new to meditation and also those who have long-standing practices. We ask that you arrive at least 5 minutes early; it's a great time to connect with the community and also allows us to get started on time.
Note: Proof of COVID vaccination or a negative test within 72 hours is required to attend program in the main Library Auditorium.
