Women's Self-Defense Workshop

Club Kung Fu of Stamford will lead a female-focused self-defense workshop focusing on three phases: setting up boundaries and assessing the threat; learning the best way to strike using palms, elbows and knees; and defending against chokes, grabs and mounts.
Club Kung Fu practices the traditional Chinese martial art of Wing Tsun, which was originally created by Buddhist nun Ng Mui to defend against typically larger and stronger opponents.
Please wear comfortable clothing and sneakers.
