Program Description

Event Details

Participants will learn how psychology and health behavior theory can help them make and achieve their goals. This session will be interactive; participants are encouraged to share ideas for goals.

Q&A session will follow the presentation.

Brittany Dube is a Behavioral Health, Health Promotion, and Emergency Response Specialist for the City of Stamford's Department of Health. She is a Certified Health Education Specialist (CHES) and holds a Master's of Public Health (MPH) degree from Columbia University's Mailman School of Public Health. Previous experience includes work with after-school programs, college health education, program evaluation and psychology research.
