After beginning his career at GE Capital, Scott has led different organizations at different stages of growth, where he gained insight into hiring and building capable teams, knowing how/when to ask for help, techniques for incentivizing a team, and character traits that enable effective communications, delegation and succession planning. Today Scott mentors CEOs on a regular basis and regularly teaches seminars on the power of networking, referral marketing and sales.
