During his 40-year career, he has identified and commercialized many successful products, some of which launched entirely new categories in their industries.

His corporate marketing career includes experience with health products, food, and beverages, pet food, packaging and confections for companies such as Vick Chemical, Ralston Purina, the Pillsbury Company, American Can and Squibb. He organized and managed the new products/new business group for the Westport-based consulting firm Marketing Corporation of America.

In 1983 Bob formed Stamford-based Business Development Resources, which specializes in new business and product development and innovation. Its client roster includes corporations as well as inventor/entrepreneurs. BDR played a major role in the development of Domino’s Pizza’s “Heat Wave” delivery bag and POM Wonderful Pomegranate Juice.
