Russell Anderson, Esq., Pullman & Comley, LLC

Russ has extensive experience advising clients in the software, e-commerce, marketing, market research, healthcare and biotechnology industry. His general business practice includes representing clients in mergers and acquisitions, joint venture and financing transactions. He also works with clients on license agreements related to software and technology.

Russ also has notable experience representing clients in the marketing and advertising industries, is a member of the American Association of Advertising Agencies Legal Affairs Committee, and has served as outside governmental affairs counsel for the largest trade group for market research businesses in the United States. He is a regular presenter to the Insight Association’s General Counsel Forum. Because he counsels clients that collect and use large amounts of personal data, he understates the expansive web of state, federal and international privacy and data related regulations that relate to its usage.

Russ earned his law degree from the Marshall Wythe Law School of the College of William and Mary and received his undergraduate degree from Wesleyan University. He is a member of the Connecticut and American Bar associations.
