Stamford Public Schools Kindergarten Information Session

Starting the 2024-25 school year, children must be 5 years old on or before September 1 to be automatically eligible for kindergarten in Connecticut public schools. If you have a child turning 5 this year, please consider attending this information session. During this presentation you will learn how to:

• Register your child for kindergarten, including documentation requirements.
• Apply for early kindergarten admission if your child was born on or after September 2, 2019.
• Find out which school your child will attend.
• Help your child get ready for kindergarten.
