Screening of the feature film, The Six Triple Eight, the true story of the the 6888 Postal Battalion, an all-Black battalion of 855 women who joined the fight during WWII to fix a three-year backlog of undelivered mail. Faced with discrimination and a country devastated by war, they managed to sort more than 17 million pieces of mail ahead of time.
