Screening of the documentary Fault Lines, a film that takes a street level approach to the intersecting issues of housing affordability, homelessness and local laws, using human stories to illuminate the impact of decades of policies that are now choking the San Francisco Bay Area and threatening to become a national emergency.

The screening will be followed by a panel discussion on how the issues of the film connect to Connecticut and Stamford.

Panelists include Carmen I. Colon, President of Pacific House; State Senator Bob Duff; and Richard Freedman, President of Garden Homes Management and Chairman of the Stamford Board of Finance.
