Learn how small businesses and startups use Excel to address the challenges of project management, such as keeping project plans and schedules on track while standardizing project elements, increasing efficiency, and improving team and individual projects.
Must have a basic familiarity with Windows and be able to use a mouse and keyboard. Basic experience with MS Excel necessary.
