Licensed clinical social worker Tracey Masella will offer advice on how teens and adults can manage their stress and anxiety to lead their best life.

Tracey Masella, LCSW, is a licensed clinical social worker treating adolescents and adults using behavioral, solutions-focused psychodynamic therapy. Intensively trained in Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), she incorporates the concepts and skills of DBT throughout my practice. Additionally, she has received training in Internal Family Systems and Mentalization Based Therapy. Her experience includes advanced assessment of and treatment for a full range of diagnoses, including mood disorders, personality disorders, and substance use disorders.
