James T. Maye is a seasoned attorney with more than three decades of experience, focusing on residential real estate, estate planning and small business consulting. He represents buyers, sellers and investors in all aspects of residential real estate, including purchases, sales and refinancings. Maye also provides customized estate planning services, helping individuals and families protect assets, and ensure seamless wealth transfers through wills and trusts.

Melissa Mason, a branch manager with New American Funding, has more than 21 years of experience in the mortgage industry helping buyers—from first-timers homeowners and savvy investors to downsizers, veterans, and relocating families—find the perfect loan solution.

Kimberly Tapscott, of Keller Williams Realty, is a seasoned REALTOR® with nearly two decades of experience helping clients build wealth through smart property decisions. Known for her strategic approach and deep market knowledge, she specializes in identifying high-potential rental opportunities for both new and experienced investors. 

Kara Golden is the Director of Marketing with Tiger Home & Building Inspections. After beginning her marketing career at start-ups, she joined the family inspection business in 2003, initially as a Regional Marketing Manager for Fairfield and New Haven Counties. Since 2015, she has been the Director of Business Development, overseeing business development and marketing programs for Tiger Group.
