Este taller gratuito ofrecera informaci6n valiosa sobre sus derechos como trabajador, incluyendo temas como el salario minimo, el pago de horas extras, la seguridad en el lugar de trabajo y la protecci6n contra el robo de salario. Los participantes aprenderan estrategias practicas para protegerse en el trabajo y conoceran los pasos que pueden seguir si sus derechos son violados. Ademas, la sesi6n destacara recursos comunitarios disponibles, como servicios de
defensa, apoyo legal y programas de capacitaci6n.

Participants will also learn practical strategies on how to protect themselves in the workplace and what steps to take if their rights are violated. In addition, the session will
highlight available community resources, including advocacy, legal, and training programs.
