Meet author Marsha Temlock, who will discuss her latest book Tuesday’s Mah Jongg is More Than a Game.

In the book we meet Roseann, a recent widow with health issues, who is committed to raising her grandchild who was abused by his parents. Marlene, a dutiful but repressed wife, is dealing with a dying mother and fractious father; Susan, twice divorced, struggles with aging and the internet dating scene; Barbara, a successful businesswomen, is married to a manipulative philanderer; and Grace, a social worker, is becoming the voice of reason, until her loyalties are tested.

Marsha Temlock is the author of Your Child’s Divorce: What to Expect . . . What You Can Do and the YA novel, The Exile. She has appeared on the Today Show and was featured in the The New York Times, The Wall Street Journal, the Miami Herald, and other major publications. She holds a master of arts in English from New York University and a master of arts in organizational psychology from Columbia University. She taught literature and writing at Fairfield University, Sacred Heart University, and Norwalk Community College. Her interests include theater, literature, travel, and (of course) Mah-Jongg.
