Purpose of Meeting
Donald Smart is a Harvard educated attorney who also received an MBA from Harvard. He has done extensive research on reparations for descendants of American slaves. Attorney Smart has interesting and thought-provoking questions and suggestions. After a discussion with Attorney Smart, one will understand the complexities of reparations beginning with who qualifies.
