Screening of the 2021 documentary, The Automat, part of the Avon on Tour: Movies That Build Community program of film screenings at the Ferguson Library while the Avon undergoes renovations.

The Automat tells the 100-year story of the iconic restaurant chain Horn & Hardart, the inspiration for Starbucks, where generations of Americans ate and drank coffee together at communal tables. Featuring Howard Schultz, Elliot Gould, Carl Reiner, Mel Brooks, and Ruth Bader Ginsburg.
