A Valuble Resource for Teachers

Attention educators: Heard of the Teacher Reference Center?

It’s a digital database of articles, many of them peer-reviewed, covering such topics as assessment, best practices, continuing education, curriculum development, literacy standards, and so much more.

You can begin your research with simple searches—by subject or term. But if you’re looking for something specific, go to advanced search to tailor your parameters by type publication—academic journals, magazines, case studies, reviews, trade publications, biographies—author, title, publisher, language or date.

The database, one of many digital resources available to patrons of the Ferguson Library, was compiled by ResearchIT CT, a service of the Connecticut State Library.
