The City of Stamford's Department of Health and Human Services will host free six-week stress management courses in English and Spanish for new and expecting moms. Participants will learn stress management techniques and connect with other new or expecting moms. Anyone who identifies as a mother and is either pregnant or had or adopted a baby in the last year is welcome to join. Babies up to crawling age are welcome. Register here.
The course will take place at Inspirica, 141 Franklin Street. English classes will be held on consecutive Mondays from 10:30 a.m. to 12 p.m. starting September 18. Spanish classes will be held on consecutive Wednesdays from 9:30 to 11 a.m. starting September 20.
