Honoring Hispanic Heritage

Join us to celebrate the Latinx community through poetry, theater, dance and an informative panel discussion.

La Tertulia de Stamford, an open forum for the diffusion of art and culture, will present a Spanish-language poetry reading of En Honor a la VIDA (In Honor to LIFE), and a theatrical performance, also in Spanish, of Fase 2, a play that explores authoritarianism, misogyny and the exploitation of women. Families can enjoy Peruvian traditional dances by the company Taller de Marinera Portal Norteño. Those looking for financial advice can attend the panel discussion, Exploring Wealth in the Hispanic/Latino Community.
