A Community Grant Program Opportunity for Stamford Neighborhoods

The Mayor’s Office, in partnership with the city’s Community Development Office, has reinstated the Community Micro-Grant Program, an effort that awards small grants for community-specific projects aimed at improving the quality of life across Stamford's neighborhoods. Neighborhood associations, grassroots organizations and community nonprofits are encouraged to apply no later than April 29. Formerly known as the Neighborhood Grant Program, the Community Micro-Grant Program has $75,000 available to invest; grants will be awarded for $1,000 to $10,000 depending on budget provided, the impact of the project on the community, and alignment with funding priorities for 2022.
