City of Stamford Kicks Off Parks Strategic Plan

In an effort to manage and invest in the sustainability of Stamford's parks, beaches and trails, the City of Stamford recently launched its Parks Strategic Plan, which will prioritize the operation and development of Stamford's more than 50 green spaces, building the roadmap for making Stamford a more resilient and sustainable community.

Residents are also invited to community sessions to learn about the strategic plan and offer feedback. The upcoming sessions will be held via Zoom on Thursdays, June 8 and June 15 at 6 p.m. For more information about the strategic plan and Zoom login links for each session, click here

The strategic plans is led by Local Office Landscape and Urban Design, supported by James Lima Planning and Development and the Trust for Public Land.
