Building Bridges with Books Community Read

The Ferguson Library, in partnership with the United Jewish Federation, Jewish Community Relations Council, Interfaith Council of Southwest Connecticut and the Mayor’s Multicultural Council, will host a community-wide reading in January of The Midnight Library by Matt Haig.

Registration is required here for the community read’s culminating event: Making Each Chapter Count: Living Your Best Life panel discussion at the Main Library January 11, from 7:30 to 9:30 p.m. Featured speakers include Rev. Dr. Michael Christie, Chaplain Supervisor for the Connecticut Department of Corrections; Rabbi Moshe Kurtz, Congregation Agudath Sholom; and Marianela Medrano, Palabra Counseling & Training Center.
