
National Hispanic Heritage Month at the Ferguson Library

Mothers and Babies Stress Management Class
The City of Stamford's Department of Health and Human Services will host free six-week stress management courses in English and Spanish for new and expecting moms. Participants will learn stress management techniques and connect with other new or expecting moms. Anyone who identifies as a mother and is either pregnant or had or adopted a baby in the last year is welcome to join. Babies up to crawling age are welcome. Register here.

CT Baby Bonds is a first-in-the-nation initiative that invests money for every baby born in Connecticut whose birth is covered by HUSKY Health, the state's public health coverage program for eligible children, parents, relative caregivers, elders, individuals with disabilities, adults without dependent children and pregnant women.
