Welcome Richard Harwood, Author of Civic Virus

Richard C. Harwood, founder of the Harwood Institute, will stop by the Ferguson Library as part of his Healing & Hope Tour to lead a discussion Monday, May 23 starting at 4 p.m. about his report Civic Virus: Why Polarization Is a Misdiagnosis. He will also share how to make sense of what's going on in our nation along with practical ways government and community leaders as well as citizens can reimagine and recreate our communities. Managing Debt to Improve Credit

The Financial Planning Association of Connecticut (FPA of CT) and the Connecticut Financial Literacy Council (CFLAC) will host the upcoming presentation: "Managing Debt to Enhance Your Credit" on June 16. The discussion will be held virtually from noon to 1 p.m.
