DESCRIPTION:A celebration of the history of the tango in classical music w
 ith Steinway Artist and pianist Stefano Miceli, who will be accompanied by
  Paolo Marchettini on clarinet and James Acampora on cello. The trio will
  perform the tango arias and classical works from the 1800 to 1900 reperto
 ire by such composers as Astor Piazzolla, Carlos Gardel, Isaac Albéniz, K
 urt Weill and Georges Bizet.During the performance, Maestro Miceli will of
 fer insight and engage in dialogues with the audience on the power of the 
 tango and classical music.Snacks will be served.Registration required.
