  be at the library through January 15 to enroll members in the health insu
 rance marketplace. Enroll by December 13 to have coverage that begins Janu
 ary 1.\r\nNo appointment necessary.\r\nAccess Health CT is Connecticut’
 s official health insurance marketplace, where you can shop, compare and e
 nroll in quality health and dental plans. It is also the only place where 
 you can qualify for financial help to lower your costs, and if eligible, e
 nroll in no- or low-cost coverage through HUSKY Health Programs (Medicaid 
 and the Children’s Health Insurance Program (CHIP) or the Covered Connec
 ticut Program.
