l Investor\r\nCapital Tables & Valuation\r\nFollowing a 22-year corpor
ate career in what included Paramount Pictures Corporation, Dun & Brad
street and The Nielsen Company, Pravder transitioned to early-stage/entrep
reneurial companies as co-founder of a health & wellness business that
was acquired by Whole Foods Market.\r\nPravder then served as CFO for mid
dle market companies primarily in health & wellness, organic foods, eL
earning and manufacturing, all businesses notable for the rapid changes th
ey were undergoing, primarily in response to growth. He also served as CFO

evaluating management’s past, present and anticipated capital raising an
d financial decisions.\r\nPravder earned his MBA from of University of Chi
