The Ferguson Library Foundation is a separate nonprofit organization which uses private contributions to help the Library enhance its collections and services, beyond what is available through public funding.
The role of the Foundation is to ensure long term financial sustainability for the library. Since its incorporation in 1987, the Ferguson Library Foundation has carefully managed contributions to the library’s endowment.
The Foundation’s Harvey Fund supports early childhood programming, including Every Child Ready to Read.
The Cassone Fund has enriched our collections on art, culture, history, cooking and baseball.
Legacy Giving
Legacy Society
One of the most extraordinary gifts we can receive is one that helps sustain the library for future generations. Our Legacy Society recognizes those special donors who have remembered us in their estate planning.
Please consider the Ferguson Library Foundation in your planning. For more information on how you can make a legacy gift, contact Linda Avellar at 203 351-8208/ linda@fergusonlibrary.org
