Event Details

This session will focus on staying healthy during flu season, including healthy prevention habits. Participants will gain an understanding of the science behind the flu vaccine and actions they can take to care for themselves if they  become sick.

Q&A session will follow presentation.

Brittany Dube is a Behavioral Health, Health Promotion, and Emergency Response Specialist for the City of Stamford's Department of Health. She is a Certified Health Education Specialist (CHES) and holds a Master's of Public Health (MPH) degree from Columbia University's Mailman School of Public Health. Previous experience includes work with after-school programs, college health education, program evaluation and psychology research.
