Charlotte Walker, Investor

Charlotte Walker is Founder and President of TSF Management, Inc., a management consulting company, General Partner for The Seed Fund and currently sits on the board of directors of Smartleaf, Inc., a FinTech company. She also serves on the advisory boards of Aliro Group, LLC, an advanced talent management SaaS platform, and Daily Cloudt, Inc., a civic tech company.
She was formerly Chair and CEO of NASD and NYSE member firm Martin Simpson & Company, Inc. and Chair and CEO of NASDAQ-listed Sanctuary Woods Multimedia Corporation. Charlotte also co-founded and served on the board of MOCA Systems, Inc., a leading design and construction software services company. In addition, she has served in C-level operating or consulting roles at Doolli, Inc., Faith Popcorn's Brainreserve, Infratab, Inc., Purchased, Inc., Quality Interactions and Vuzix Corporation, among others.
Charlotte is a member of the American College of Corporate Directors and holds an Executive Master Director certification. She is also a member of the MIT Enterprise Forum in Cambridge and New York, as well as E2, where she is also a mentor for the E2 fellowship program.
